This elegant house overlooking charming Istrian houses and vineyards can be the temporary dream home for 6 + 2 guests. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen of the highest quality, a dining room with 8 seats and a cosy living room with a fireplace. In the air-conditioned living room, you can enjoy a home theatre or PlayStation 4. On the ground floor you can still relax in the infrared sauna that has its own shower.



Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with comfortable king size beds, and two rooms have one sofa bed as an extra bed. Each room is air conditioned and has a TV with internet and subscription to Netflix. Upstairs there are 3 elegant bathrooms - 2 bathrooms with shower and one sink and one with two sinks and a bathtub. On the same floor there is a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.



On a fully fenced plot of 650 m2 there is a beautiful garden where you can relax with your family and friends. Refresh yourself in a 30 m2 pool that has a waterfall or watch your favourite series in the hot tub which has a television with internet above. Around the pool there are 4 sun loungers and 1 round patio loungers for lazy days - the other one is on the terrace of one of the bedrooms. Below the covered terrace is an outdoor table for 8 people which is an ideal place to hang out enjoying delicious meals prepared on the gas and charcoal grill. Kids will have fun with various props for the pool, toys and on the slide. The villa has 2 covered parking spaces.



The charming town of Višnjan is one of the many picturesque towns in Istria and is best known for its astronomical observatory. This small town is 15 km from Poreč and 20 km from Novigrad, and nearby are Aquacolours and Aquapark Istralandia theme parks. The Baredine Cave is only 7 km away from Visnjan and is a geomorphological monument of nature. The nature of this area offers numerous opportunities for excursions, hiking and biking, and you will be delighted by the famous roads of wine and olive oil as well as the gastronomic offer with truffles.
