Séjour satisfaisant. Chambre très correctes et petit-déjeuner de bonne qualité. Efforts pour limiter le gaspillage de l'eau appréciés. Par contre, simmeil de mauvaise qualité, uniquement à cause de la chaleur excessive (23 a 23,5 ° C) dans les chambres !!! Qui chauffe à ces températures là dans la chambre de son appartement ou dans sa maison ? Les températures préconisées pour les chambres sont de 17 a 18° C. Pourquoi pas dans la salle de bains, mais surtout pas dans la chambre. cela génére de plus une surconsommation qui va à l'encontre des efforts mis en oeuvre pour les économies d'eau ! Dommage, mais c'est un point négatif, car malgré notre demande à l'issue de la première première nuit, cela s'est renouvellé la nuit suivante.

El hotel es grande y espacioso, tienen en el hall una máquina para que te hagas cafés, infusiones, chocolate... gratis. Menudo detallazo!!! La atención del personal, de diez. La habitación grande, luminosa y limpia, el baño, Ideal. La ubicación excelente. No tiene ni un pero. Nos alojaremos aquí cada vez que vengamos a Vitoria.

En general buen hotel, pero sólo había climatización para aire frío, y en la zona que está no permiten reservar parking, así que ir aquí en coche es jugársela a no poder aparcarlo.

Ok rooms. Air conditioning was way too cold and could not be turned off. Rest was fine. Good free coffe and tea in the lobby. Finding parking outside takes forever, they do have a parking garage.

Hoe ze hier aan een 8 komen is een raadsel. De accomodatie is uit het jaar kruik, badkamer met schimmel en een beroerde douche. Bijna geen lichten zodat je denk ik de andere oude troep niet goed kan zien. Bed was goed en de locatie ook. Alles (centrum) op loopafstand. De medewerker aan de balie was vriendelijk en goed gekwalificeerd. Alles bijelkaar lekker iets anders boeken.
