O quarto simples não é tão confortável então pedi para mudar de quarto. Porém o frigobar não funcionava e estava enferrujado. Os funcionários são de extrema educação e a localização é ótima. Voltaria com certeza!

Across the street from the beach

Went to Vitoria on a business trip but stayed two extra days to visit the city. The hotel is across the street from a clean beach, where you can go swiming. It is also very close to nice bars and restaurants. The staff is pleasant!

Great little hotel on Praia Camburi

This small hotel on Camburi beach is clean and well run. The staff is excellent. Some speak English and all extremely polite. The room is small but clean. The food selection at breakfast is very good, with lots of healthy options. The best breakfast in a small hotel I have had in Brazil. If I stay on Praia Camburi again I will stay here.

It's an upscaled Best Western (as evidenced by the still-monogramed linens... Good location, helpful staff. The room needed some TLC but otherwise very comfortable and clean. Would return.

Very pleasant experience in Vitoria

Upon arrival, I was greeted by name. I was immediately made to feel welcome by the front desk staff. I arrived early, but the front desk person said they were just finishing getting the room prepared and would I mind waiting a few moments. I waited long enough to get familiar with the wi-fi(free) in the hotel and they had the room ready. I believe they gave me the best room in the hotel! Absolutely great! Everything they said it was going to be. If there is one negative, I would say I would have liked larger windows for the beautiful view, but other than that, the room, adjoining sitting area and bath were all sparkling clean and pleasant. The hotel itself is quite clean, but I have to mention the hallways and elevator area- they were not as clean as the room. The coffee area and breakfast was adequate. Checkout was easy, quick, professional and friendly. I would give the hotel 4 stars out of five only for the lack of cleanliness in the hallways, but I would definitely give the staff five stars and it is because of my experience with them that I would definitely return.

I would reccomend another choice

From the original price booked for 1 night.. they charge me 1 and 1/2 night for 11 hours stay in...The front desk is unable to understand my request since the beggining .. they use to call ...daily use.. even explaining 3 times she charge me 1 1/2 night.. Manager has mentioned he was able to cancel the bill and charge the correct price but after a week without any contact .. I called him.. and for my surprise...he mentioned he was unable to correct the problem... D...keep away from this kind of problems in your trip

Hotel com instalações ruins. O quarto que fiquei estava com partes do piso laminado quebradas. O frigobar enferrujado. A entrada do hotel parece um presídio, quando você chega você tem que esperar o recepcionista abrir a porta. Obs. Você tem que passar por duas portas para entrar no hotel. A qualidade do café da manhã é mto boa, porém não há espaço suficiente para todos os hóspedes, dependendo do horário que você chega, tem que ficar esperando vagar alguma mesa. Banheiro em condições ruis, aspecto de velho. A localização do hotel é ótima. Foca em frente à praia do canto, somente atravessar a rua.
Piso quebrado, mal remendado
Frigobar enferrujado.

Quarto com a TV não funcionava, móveis e cortinas antigos. Quarto virado para uma área com muito barulho o que atrapalhava o sono a noite. Estacionamento bem restrito sendo que tive que colocar o carro na rua. Localização do hotel é boa mas é para quem estiver de férias.
