Set in the peaceful countryside near Volterra, the property offers stunning views and impeccably maintained outdoor spaces.
Each apartment has been thoughtfully furnished to ensure both comfort and tranquillity, blending traditional charm with modern amenities.
The grounds feature expansive green areas, a delightful shared swimming pool, and a stylish travertine sunbathing terrace equipped with a gazebo, sun loungers, and umbrellas — ideal for unwinding under the Tuscan sun.
Nestled in the rolling hills of Tuscany, Borgo Ariano enjoys a prime location within easy reach of world-famous destinations such as Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Florence, and the Tuscan coast.
The property is personally managed by the friendly owners, who live just a short distance away and are readily available should guests require any assistance.
Access to the villa is via a well-maintained unpaved road.
At guests’ disposal:pool shared by apartment guests (15 x 5 meters; minimum depth 1,5 meters); large outdoor spaces; air conditioning; Wifi internet; shared barbecue area; shared outdoor space with dining table and chairs available for each apartment; parking.
