Check in was fast and easy. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The only complaint if I had one would be the stairwell was dirty with trash.

I was booked for two nights. I had a very serious emergency and had to leave after the first night. I explained my situation to the desk clerk and was told they could not refund my money for the second night. Even though I had taken out insurance that should have covered the second night. I have talked with them and Expedia talked to them, and they still refuse to refund my money for the second night. I will never stay there again.
