Ok so I gave 5 stars because of 3 main reasons 1) the location is so perfect 2) the staff are amazing and 3) the unit size/kitchen. I love this place and stay here every time I’m here. I will say that the only downsides are the unit noises. One stay there was a consistent rumble abut every 10 minutes and this most recent stay the AC was so loud it startled me nearly every time it came on. Some people may not tolerate those negatives but the positives outweigh them 100 to 1 in my opinion

Great Stay in Waco

We were able to check in early by being a Bonvoy Member. The welcome gift was a nice gesture. The front desk staff were all very friendly. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool area was nice and had towels available for use.

The hotel was fine. It was clean. I was put next to the elevator which was very loud especially at night. The AC unit was loud also. I noticed it didn't get cool in the room the second night. I think being in a different room would have been fine.

Our room was clean and comfortable, the bed was comfortable, and the management added some nice touches with a welcome bag. It was pouring rain during our stay, so we didn’t walk to attractions, but we could have. The hotel is in a good location.

This property looks so dingy when you walk in to check in. It looks old and smells. The room was okay, but we sure didn't walk on the carpet barefoot. One of us slept on the sofa bed (not pulled out) and it really was stinky. Won't stay here again.

very close to baylor campus and restaurants! the bed was very comfy and the room was very spacious and nice especially for the price point. staff was also very friendly:). highly recommend !!

I liked the residence inn alot but the bed in room 120 not as firm as I would like. I think it just needs a fresh update for a marriott.(new linens on beds, new paint colors, carpets etc) It was very busy and the breakfast area had a lot of people. The staff did a great job trying to keep up the the needs of the people there. Thersa the breakfast area gal did a fantastic job trying to get everyone needs met. She was very polite to the people there. she needs a raise because she worked very hard by herself.
