A rural feel, enjoy a peaceful stay away from the noise of the city life, however everything is close by if you want to go dining or shopping, only 13 miles to State Farm Stadium and 15minutes to Surprise Stadium; each spring in Surprise Arizona we welcome the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers during the Cactus League Spring Training. You would love the privacy staying here and the convenience of the 303 freeway that would take you many places within minutes. Full kitchen so you can cook anything you like, Full side by side fridge, 1 couch and a big TV in Livingroom. Can accommodate 2 guests in a Queen size bed. We have chickens and ducks but they have a small section in the backyard and have their own enclosure; they are far away from the casita. Once in awhile you might hear jets from Luke Airforce Base fly by when they are practicing, it is really cool to watch, it is random so we never know when that will happen.

Very clean and private property.The listing was accurate.I felt right at home.All of the listed amenities were available.Private entrance.Easy parking.The location was near where I needed to be.Quiet. Everything was perfect.

Our stay was short, but everything is exactly as presented. Very clean, nicely appointed, excellent communication, very accommodating, easy to find in very quiet neighborhood. If we are ever in the area again we would absolutely stay here. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Amazing Guest Home

My niece moved out to Arizona and my wife and I celebrated her birthday in Waddell this beautiful ranch style Guest home is everything we could’ve ever wanted for our first experience with VRBO. Our host was amazing, kind, and hospitable. We were so lucky to find this place and will be using it again. Very cozy, comfortable, and ultra convenient.
