~Palazzo Toscano~ is a CUSTOM home of up to 4400 sq.ft with a PRIVATE HEATED* POOL and HOT TUB combo with gas heating for your enjoyment, very popular with our guests!
ALL-INCLUSIVE:
*October, November 2026 rates, and January-April 18th, 2027 ALL DISPLAYED default RATES INCLUDE ENTIRE home's 7 rooms/4 full baths, 14 beds to share+GAS HEATING FOR the HOT TUB/POOL are ALL included.
Great location for USTA tennis championships, Spring Training and Golf sites!

If desired, ANY other months the hot tub/pool gas heating is optional. Please, inquire for rates to order in advance.
Summer stays in May -September, hot tub gas heat is included in rates. Pool heat is optional, please inquire when desired.

EACH GUEST ROOM IS IN SEPARATE WING OF THE HOME and NOT one is next to another with NO shared walls! Complements of the home floor plan! So important!
Our home is the only property in the West Valley of Phoenix that offers UP to 14* INDIVIDUAL BEDS* and welcomes larger groups of up to 25* paid guests. Please, inquire for groups over 25.

Rest of the seasons:
~Bookings for a min. 16 paid guests are for 6 rooms (#1,2,3,4,6 as pictured), 3 full baths:11 individual beds to share.
~ When an entire home booking( 7 rooms, 4 full baths, 14 ind.beds) is desired, place 24 travelers in the quote irrespective of the smaller guest count, unless posted as included within seasonal rates*
~Any invitees, locals or not, must be on the reservations count and consider travelers.

Great for sport teams, golf, baseball and tennis groups as well as an extended family stays with friends or colleagues when individual sleeping accommodations are desired.

Early check in/check out is $75/per hour to check in earlier than 4pm and check out later than 10am, when available. Please, request in advance to arrange.

#2 Bedroom: 2 Queen beds;

-An optional Upgrade/Upstairs-:
#7: Lock off apartment suite when rented: adds 3 more Queen Beds, 4th ensuite full bath, kitchenette, TV. Includes with 24 paid guests.

LIVING ROOMS/common areas: For a minimum 22+ paid guests, optional 2 inflatable beds and its bedding are available, if desired. Not provided by default. Please, inquire in advance!

For your convenience WHITE SHEET SETS and towel sets are provided for each guest, including POOL towels, yey more room in your suitcases!
Plenty of TVs throughout the home streaming capabilities, so bring your USB plug-ins and your subscriptions log ins!

-As Greater Phoenix plays host to 13 major league baseball teams each spring as part of the Cactus League, we are proud to be closest to many of the ballparks to catch the action!
-Surprise ballpark/stadium & Surprise 25 Tennis Courts North 9 miles. Goodyear Ballpark 12 min South. The Camelback Ranch Ballpark in Glendale/Phoenix about 20 minutes East of the home.
-Spring Training sites in West Valley for the Kansas City Royals, L.A. Dodgers, Cleveland Guardians, Cincinnati Reds, Texas Rangers, Seattle Mariners and Chicago White Sox are all within 10-25 minutes drive.
