Indifference Owner and Some Staff.

The staff in general were not knowledgeable. They did't even know the hostel's address and they don't have a business card. The owner was not helpful either and I had to get back to him 3 times to get some tour information sold by it. The place was cold and there was no heating. It was 1C when I woke up at 6 AM ready for breakfast and Petra visit. Even though there were some empty beds in different room, they let one of the guests slept next to a window. I met this guy on the bus and he decided to stay in the same hostel with me. Had I not taken my bed first, I would have to sleep in his bed under the window and got sick the next day. He did. The bathroom was moldy and it got flooded when one took a shower. The toilet flush handle was broken and not replaced. There was no toilet papers in the bedroom and the toilet in the common area. The door to the bedroom was squeaky. I didn't understand why the owner didn't oil it. It made so much noise every time someone opened or closed it. I had booked and stayed there for 3 days. Rose from Italy who worked there was great. Breakfast was good value for money. The view from the dining area is great.

Comfortable bed and helpful staff

Spacious room with comforable bed, staff are helpful but there’s room to improvement for hot water as it is not 24 hours and the bathroom’s not clean enough.

Für junge Menschen ist es eine perfekte Möglichkeit günstig und komfortabel zu übernachten! Zu Petra Monument sind nur 10 Gehminuten zu bewältigen. Personal ist top und die Sauberkeit ist für einen Hostel mit mehreren Zimmer Bewohner mehr als gut! Morgens wird für ein kleines Entgelt ein hervorragendes Frühstück serviert. Kaffee und Tee stehen kostenlos zu Verfügung.

Bad Experience

Bad Experience. 1, poor facilities- -Their shower can provide only 30-degree water even at 10 degrees of room temperature -The room heating system totally was not enough. 4 rooms needed to share just one heater by over 25 people under 10 degrees in winter -microwave was broken -The guest refrigerator was unclean 2-low hospitality -people shouting 6 times by 2 days and a police officer came 2 times by 2 days -staffs often shout customers. Even they looked they are used to doing so. Because normally good staffs do not keep shouting over 1 min unilaterally -We couldn’t feel the hospitality from their stuff. Just felt as like we are goods on a belt conveyor just to provide money Good point-have wifi Brutta esperienza. 1, strutture povere- -La loro doccia può fornire solo acqua a 30 gradi anche a 10 gradi di temperatura ambiente -Il sistema di riscaldamento della stanza non era del tutto sufficiente. In inverno erano necessarie 4 camere per condividere un solo riscaldatore di oltre 25 persone sotto i 10 gradi - il microonde era rotto -Il frigorifero per gli ospiti era sporco 2-bassa ospitalità -persone che urlavano 6 volte entro 2 giorni e un ufficiale di polizia veniva 2 volte entro 2 giorni i dipendenti spesso gridano ai clienti. Anche loro sembravano abituati a farlo.Perché normalmente il personale buono non con -Non potevamo sentire l'ospitalità dalle loro cose. Ci siamo sentiti come se fossimo merci su un nastro trasportatore solo per fornire denaro Buon punto-wifi

El establecimiento tiene una zona comuna muy interesante, pero las habitaciones estan en reformas, tienen agujeeos por las paredes, no tiene puerta de baño, no funciona el AC... Quiza después de la reforma quede un hostel muy bonito , pero ahora aun esta por terminar.

スタッフからはあまりホスピタリティーを感じなかった。 設備もそこまでよくなく、二段ベッドは結構揺れた。また、いつでも飲める温かいコーヒーと紅茶が用意されているが、暑いのだから水があればよかった。 屋上にある広々としたスペースだけが好印象なホステルだった。

Not good experience. The hostel was soooo COLD and I had to sleep with my clothes on and ask for extra blanket. At breakfast everybody was wearing jackets and beanies. No heating anywhere in the hostel. On top on that, the place is dirty. Mold and dirt in the room and bathroom - disgusting. Only positive. Wifi works and the view is good. NOT recommended.

Petra je prostě úžasná. Pokud cestujete ve skupince, určitě najdete lepší hotel. Pro jednotlivce, který je ochoten hodně slevit ze svých domácích standardů je to cenově dostupná varianta. Výhodná pro setkávání a komunikaci s podobně zaměřenými turisty z celého světa, k získání nových kontaktů, přátel informací pro další pobyt nebo jiné destinace. WiFi v ceně. V zimě je zima (a v létě asi vedro) a teplá voda žádná nebo vlažná.

The location is not bad. Mattress is good. But I could not use hot shower. Bathroom is located in each dorm room and the front door of bathroom is made from grond glass. So when you are in a bathroom, you might be watched your dody shape by others.
