Gorgeous resort townhome in a prime location at the Waikoloa Resort. Spacious and newly furnished, this upgraded dream home is steps away from an amenity center with a large family pool, jacuzzi, BBQ pavilion and fitness center.
The living room and kitchen area has beautiful hard wood floors, a high loft ceiling and a lanai with outdoor seating and views down the golf fairway. The primary bedroom upstairs has a king size bed, a private patio with views of the golf course and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, as well as a large walk-in closet. The downstairs bedroom has two XL twin beds with King conversion and a nearby bathroom with a combination tub and shower. Guests are provided garage access, as well as an additional assigned parking stall steps from the front door.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. Nice private patio walking distance to beaches hotels and we will definitely come again. The property managers were wonderful when we had any questions.

Decent but not my favourite.

I think their hired cleaners tainted my experience somewhat. Garbage was left behind. Sheets were stained. Beds were very uncomfortable. I’ve stayed in this complex before, which I quite like but this unit I may avoid if rebooking.

Very nice place to stay at Big Island

A very nice and clean place. A great location at dry side of Big Island, even when other areas of Island had rains, this area was always sunny. Nearby beaches also best in the island if you have kids. The gated community is very well maintained, has pool, jacuzzi and grills.

Overall our stay was very nice and enjoyable. Positives: accurate photos; nice decor; well-equipped kitchen; beach chairs/umbrellas and boogie boards provided; washer/dryer supplies provided; nice territorial view; shaded lanai; great location Minor Negatives: adjacent unit air conditioner noise (we kept the windows open); several light bulbs needed replacement and management needed reminding to get replacements; television channels available is limited.
