Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking spot. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Parking pass must be on the dashboard. Parking Passes will be in unit upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Community swimming pool.
Hot Tub: Community hot tub.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: Community BBQ’s near the swimming pool

Waikoloa Fairway Villas K31 is a third floor penthouse unit.on the third floor of the K Building. There is an elevator to the third floor. Offering plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

Please note: Per the HOA rules at Waikoloa Fairway Villas, children under the age of 12 are not allowed in or around the spa/hot tub area.

The Waikoloa Fairway Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located nearby the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

The communication in check in and location was excellent. The location was an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The unit was incredibly well stocked not only with everything you need in the condo but also with beach toys, chairs, and even all the necessities if you have a little one .

We really enjoyed our stay. Great communication. The bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed coffee in the morning on our balcony with a lovely view. The only negative was the WiFi was very spotty. We would definitely come back.

Everything was good except that the sofa and loveseat need to be replaced because they are broken down and very uncomfortable. We were sore and achy each evening. It would also be nice if you could supply some Zip-Loc bags so people could make sandwiches before they leave for the day.

My daughters and I had an amazing stay. Easy check in and check out process. The condo was beautiful and well equipped. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio each morning. The location was great with wonderful beaches close by and it was nice to be able to walk to the shops and restaurants. I love that they had beach chairs with an umbrella, coolers and other beach equipment. Looking forward to returning soon!

This is actually one of my favorite rentals. We enjoyed the location. It is right next to the pool, view of the golf greens and in walking distance of food and shopping. It is a quick walk as well to A-Bay beach. It had the best amount of beach su[plies- there were big and small coolers, excellent boogie boards, sand toys, great back pack beach chairs, a good beach umbrella and even some beach shoes. I was very impressed and hope they keep this good quality and amount of supplies for always. The kitchen was well outfited with ice maker and water filter, there were some salt/pepper, cooking spray and some paper supplies in the pantry closet. The starter set of dish soap was plenty. Beds were very comfortable. There is an elevator to the third floor. Absolutely no issues with noise from other units. They keep the a/c set at 72 degrees but it was never really an issue.Only thing this unit needs is curtains/black out shades. The sun comes in really early so bring face masks. Also, shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the showers would be helpful/nice. Would definitely return.

Beautiful resort in walking distance of everything!

The resort is beautiful with tropical flowers and bananas growing right outside your doorstep. The pool is gorgeous and you look out on a golf course. So much fun to be able to walk to stores and restaurants and to the beach Only problem was they gave us the wrong code to the gate. They need to update that.

Lovely!

We live in Oahu but have lived in Tokyo and Singapore for many years. We have stayed at Fairway Villas multiple times, but this was my first time in this unit. This property is well-appointed and comfortable, and communication from the rental company was excellent! We look forward to renting again in the future.

Amazing property. Beautiful condo- has all the amenities you could need including 4 beach chairs, umbrellas,beach towels, beach bags and multiple coolers! Absolutely will return walking distance to shopping , restaurants and grocery. Long walk/ short drive to Waikoloa beach ( free) - best sand beach short drive to Hāpuna beach (daily charge). Will definitely return!

Very comfortable accommodation for our family of four

Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was just as advertised. Check in was smooth and the host very responsive to questions. Appreciated that the apartment was well stocked with beach chairs, cooler and boogie boards.

Enjoyed our stay

Stayed at this property to be close to our friends during our visit to Hawaii for a wedding. This condo was well stocked and comfortable. We were pleased to see there was an elevator so we didn't have to carry our suitcases up three floors. The patio overlooking the golf course was nice also.

Great location

Everything was great, good kitchen utensils, sharp knives, good beds, couch that could be replaced soon. Excellent communication with the property manager. We had an issue with the fridge and they attended to it right away. The A/C unit is not the best, but a fan is in every room on the ceiling, and lots of cross air with the windows and doors open.

Nice unit, watch out for air conditioning

We loved our 2 bedroom condo with updated kitchen appliances and all the necessities for cooking, cleaning and beach gear. The air conditioning failed to work between 3:00 and midnight daily except for the 2 times we contacted staff. Within 15-20 min after a "reset on their end", the air conditioner miraculously worked well. Should have called each night it occurred.

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed 4 nights in this lovely home. It was just as pictures was shown, clean and very well stocked with lovely furnishings. The location was great and easy to get to shopping and beach. We enjoyed the covered lanai every morning as it was peaceful with a great cool breeze. Highly recommend!

Pleasant view

The view was lovely and there was plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teens. The pool was a little small and often crowded, but otherwise it was a great place to stay. I would recommend some new beach equipment as well, but we made due!
