Kolea 9B offers a nice tropical view and easy access to the Kolea Beach Club!

Kolea 9B has been newly redecorated and offers a beautiful tropical view of the ocean, mountains and palm trees. It has easy access to the Kolea Beach Club.

From the moment you walk into this two bedroom extended floor plan villa you will notice the openness and views of A-bay and the mountains through the lush palm trees. The great room has been nicely furnished. The living area has a couch with chairs facing a wall-mounted big screen LCD television with extended cable and a DVD player. Open the large pocket doors to the lanai where you will find a table for four along with a stainless steel grill and wet bar. Enjoy the large corridor view of lush palms and water views. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, which seats four to six. The kitchen is well stocked and features stainless steel appliances and granite counters.

Off of the living room is the master bedroom with a king size bed with bedside tables facing a wall mounted LCD television. The attached bath has dual vanities with a deep soaking tub and a large walk in shower.

The second bedroom is off the entrance and actually offers a bit more space than the master bedroom. This bedroom offers two queen size beds facing a wall mounted LCD television. The second bathroom has dual vanities with a deep soaking tub and a walk in shower.

Great place!

Very clean & well stocked with basics (Coffee, TP, Dishsoap, etc). Nice to see they had a few beach chairs & a boogie board in the closet also. Location is awesome. Just a few steps to pool club & a few more to A-Bay Beach. Highly recommend for families and would rent this place again in a heartbeat. Waikoloa Vacation Rentals was very attentive to a few questions we had and even checked-in with us mid-stay to be sure we didn't need anything. Nice touch!
