Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a one car garage and one reserved parking space. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are nor allowed.

Waikoloa Colony Villas 1202 is located in Building 12 at the Waikoloa Colony Villas. Located right across from the entrance to the main pool for easy access to the pool! The Waikoloa Colony Villas are townhouse style accommodations. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Waikoloa Colony Villas are a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located close the Waikoloa Beach Golf Pro-Shop and Driving Range. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Colony Villas.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Great place for a family

Our family enjoyed all this condo had to offer! With four kids and four adults we had plenty of space. Kids loved the big pool just across the way. The kitchen was well supplied with pots/pans/utensils for cooking and we used the grills in the pool area as well. Convenient location to shops and great beaches! The garage was also full of stuff to use at the beach like chairs, umbrellas, mats, boards, and toys.

The condo was right across from the pool, which was awesome! The unit itself was very spacious. Just a few suggestions- maybe think of having Kleenex available & better toiletries. I had to bring my body wash from home. We ran out of ice from the freezer, not sure why it didn’t make more. Had a very relaxing extended weekend.

Beautifully spacious accommodations!

Great place for a large family. We didn’t use the amenities much, but the condo was spacious and clean. Loved having laundry available in the unit too. Great shower water pressure too! It was great that they had beach chairs and body boards in the garage for us to use as well.

This is our 3rd time staying in waikoloa. Property was clean and quiet. Condo was spacious and well maintained. Only issues were we didn’t have full sized fridge for a week. Property management provided ice chest and small fridge. Every room was comfortable and clean

Beautiful unit!

Our family stayed in this unit for a week and had a wonderful time! It was clean and well stocked, the beds were comfy and bathrooms large. Communication with the management company was amazing and they definitely helped answer any and all questions! Location was great, right next to the pool and the view of the golf course was very pretty. Garage was full of beach toys and bicycles, which was a nice bonus! Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Wouldn't Change a Thing!

Truly amazing stay! From the accommodations to the responsiveness to fix one of the bikes over a holiday weekend, we couldn't be happier. Perfect for families who want the privacy of a home, yet the comforts of being in a community with easy access to pool/ jacuzzi, beach and so much more. The owner has provided everything we could possibly require. The property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available. The location can't be beat, with so many attractions.

We loved how spacious this place was. It’s also stocked very nicely with extra bedding, towels and kitchen necessities. The layout of the house is really nice as well. The rooms and closets are really spacious. The community is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay!

WOW!!! Great stay!

This is a wonderful condo/apartment! The accommodations are truly spacious. The living room and dining room are big and comfortable. The kitchen can have four people in it without problem. Parking is easy, but the garage will not accommodate a car due to the cupboard, bikes and beach supplies. The upstairs is awesome! Two spacious bedrooms and a large master bedroom. The onsuite is so open and the tub is separate from the shower. The beds were very comfortable. The washer and dryer worked great. Overall this was a fabulous location and this was a great stay for all eight family members! Mahalo Nui Loa to Restorica Hawaii!

Home away from Home

Townhome is spacious and beautiful! So much charm and character. I’m a native that moved to the mainland & to stay at this specific Vrbo unit gave an awesome welcome home vibe. Great additional outdoor sports/leisure items for all ages. If I had to critique, it would be that faux plants NEEDS to be dusted and balcony chairs should be cleaned from bird poop prior to renters check-in. In all, great experience!

Fun Family vacation

Hi, we enjoyed this condo and it had everything we needed and more. The central air conditioning worked well and was quiet. The condo was close to the pool. There was some disruption with the pool for maintenance but it was not for long. It was not convenient to have to lock and unlock the pool area and other areas with only one key for all of us to coordinate. The tennis court was always available. We used the fitness room regularly and it was appreciated and great. Nice location to beaches and shops. Toys and beach items were great and we didn't need to buy anything. It would have been nice to have 2 operational bikes (one had a flat when we arrived) but we did use the one bike daily. I would recommend this place to all! Thanks for the lovely stay in Kona.
