Unwind into vacation mode in the bright Great Room, highlighted by vaulted ceilings, plush seating, and classic island style. Settle in and watch a movie on the 39” TV and DVD player. Curl up with a favorite book in the upstairs loft, furnished with a convenient futon and writing desk. The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of updated appliances. When culinary creations are complete, gather together at the dining table for four. Or sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar with seating for three.

Find quiet privacy in the primary suite, furnished with a stately king bed and a TV. The en suite bathroom has a double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, while the guest bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

Beautiful condo in a great location

Beautiful condo! Plenty of space for the 3 adults and 2 teens in our party. Kitchen was well equipped and the view from the lanai was beautiful. The pool on property was great after a hot day on the beach. We always stay in waikaloa when we visit and this condo was the perfect location. Walking distance to queens market and centrally located to all the amazing beaches on the west side of the island

Lovely Piece Of Paradise

This is a lovely place to stay. Close to the shops and right on the golf course. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Your living room furniture could use some updating. It’s pretty worn and a bit scratchy to sit on. There was plenty of kitchen utensils, plates, cups, et. We would definitely stay her again. Highly recommend it.

Very nice Condo right on the golf course

Our group of 3 was very happy with this condo which was a top floor condo. It was very clean and quiet. There was plenty of room and beds were comfortable. The location was very convenient as it was within walking distance of two shopping areas. As long as you don’t mind being right next to a beach it is an excellent choice.

Covenient to everything

Condo is clean with full stock of cookware, plates and silverware. Beach and shopping malls are easy to walk or drive to, makes it easy to get whatever you may need. Being able to make meals or go out for dinner is very convenient. Everything you need for going to the beach is provided, beach umbrellas, chairs, towels and boogie boards. Did not use the pool or gym which look small for the size of the development, however, you're in Hawaii, you should be here for the beaches and clear blue waters.

Perfect for Working Remote

This property was perfect for our stay on the big island. Great location in Waikoloa beach village, ample space for 3 people to work from home with reliable wifi, fully equipped kitchen, at home laundry, comfortable and most importantly the place was very CLEAN! Located right in front of a beautiful golf course so you can watch people play from the lanai. Access to shared gym and pool, one parking space provided, and located very close to the shopping plazas. Our favorite go to convenient store was Island Gourmet market which also has great food and poke to go. Original big island shave ice is also right in the village, highly recommend. The owner Carole was very kind and helpful throughout the trip whenever we had questions about wifi or asked for late checkout (which is automatically given if available). Overall a great experience, would stay here again !!

Hidden Gem in Waikoloa

Lovely condo in the Fairways Villas...abundance of amenities....nicely furnished and very clean and well organized and plenty of natural light. We felt at home from the moment we walked in the door. Beautiful sunrises over Mauna Kea from the lanai...close walking distance to A Bay and Kings/Queens Marketplace. Farmer’s Market on Wednesdays, music and Hula at Kings Shopping Center. Close to Marriott and Hilton for nightlife... Pool is wonderful for those days you just want to chill out. The landscaping and grounds are impeccable. Quiet and nice. Turnkey was easy to deal with...easy instructions to enter gate and condo. We travel to the Big Island ever year for the past 5 years and this is by far the best condo we have stayed in and will be looking to book again in the future. Mahalo to the owners and property management. Well Done!

Great location- super place to stay! 3rd floor with elevator.

Everything after we got in was brilliant with loads of kitchen equipment, superb big fridge with ice maker and cool filtered water and cooker as well as clean comfortable living room and bedrooms. Plenty of towels etc. Loads of equipment for the beach from snorkelIng and body boards to umbrellas and beach mats! Check-in was a bit frustrating as I didn’t have a code for the front gate or notice of my allocated parking but after a phone call we were sorted. Totally recommend this condo.

Fairway Villas - Great Location

This property is nicely furnished and is extremely close to Queen's Marketplace, King's Shops, and A-Bay. It's only a couple minutes walk to the Island Gourmet store where you can stock up the kitchen. They also have a great deli offering an great assortment of dishes both Asian and continental. The unit also has a good assortment of beach items that made every day fun.

Amazing place

This is the best place we have ever been. The house is big, super clean , comfortable and has everything you need from cooking, to relaxing, to going to the beach they have it all. The place is 5 minutes walk to Queen and Kings market. Where you can find places to eat and shop. Beaches can be found all around less than 20 minutes drive. Best place ever.

A lovely holiday home

We had a wonderful family vacation in Carole's condo. The property is lovingly cared for, well furnished, stocked with everything you could need, very clean, close to shops and restaurants, and within easy walking distance to the beach. Carole is a hands on owner who exhibited real concern for our comfort and enjoyment. This was our fifth vacation stay in Fairway Villas, and if we are able to return again, we will certainly try to stay in this condo. It far exceeds any of the other units we have stayed in. It is truly a gem!

Exactly as described.

Carole was a very attentive owner before and during our stay. If we had any questions they were responded to quickly. The property is exactly as shown in the pictures and is clean and well equipped with utensils and linen. The couches were comfy which you generally don't find in rental properties. The condo is located in a beautiful gated complex that is only a 5 minute walk to the Queen's Marketplace. There is the Island Gourmet store there which has pretty much anything you would need and has a great deli as well as groceries , liquor , meat , and produce. We simply love that store ! New to the mall since our last stay is a luxury cinemas where you can order real fancy restaurant food and they serve you in your seat. The seats have tables that swing in front of you and comfy too. We had a good time there and it's exactly what that mall needed. Waikola itself is a great spot on the island and central to exploring. It's about 40 minutes to Kona , an hour to Hilo via the saddleback road and 30 minutes to Waimea. We find Waikoloa the best spot on the island to stay as its not as hot as kona, or crowded and its only a 10 minute drive to Hapuna beach which is perfect for body boarding. There is also the Abay beach which is close to the condo which is quite calm and good for little ones to splash in. The mountain and golf course view at this condo is spectacular and we enjoyed watching the sun come over the mountain every morning while enjoying Kona coffee. Thanks for renting your lovely condo to us over Christmas 2018 !

Carole’s condo exceeded our expectations and felt like a second home.

My husband and I stayed at Carole’s condo for sixteen days during November 2018. From the time we made our booking with Carole she was attentive and caring. She even emailed after our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated the cold refreshments provided while we unpacked. Carole’s home is tastefully decorated and the furniture and beds are very comfortable. My daughter and her spouse joined us for eight days and there was plenty of room for all of us. In addition to the two spacious bedrooms there was a loft which could accommodate two people. We never felt crowded. The kitchen has everything you could want. Our son in law barbecued most evenings on the grills by the lovely infinity pool. We used the pool several times and there were always plenty of loungers and umbrellas. We were able to eat our meals on the lanai overlooking the golf course. We used the patio screen and large ceiling fans and seldom needed the air conditioning. Bugs were never an issue, as we’ve noted in other condos. There was a large supply of linens and extra pillows which we appreciated. Carole has a great assortment of beach equipment including four chairs, two Tommy Bahama beach umbrellas ( very appreciated), a cooler and large thermos, boogie boards, snorkel gear and beach toys. There are numerous beach towels and two beach bags were also provided. I can’t say enough good things about our stay here. We hope to return next year. Thank you Carole.

Absolutely wonderful condominium!

We truly enjoyed staying at this condo. It’s had everything you needed to make your stay a wonderful one. Carole was very accomadating and kept in touch to make sure we were happy with the condo. Hurricane Lane was fast approaching the Big Island and Carole text us and was very concerned for our safety. Fortunate for us it passed with no damage in our area. We most definitely will want to stay here again in the future.

We appreciated the walking proximity to Anaeho'omalu beach and to the two shopping centers, as well as the complex pool. The condo was just what we expected; clean and well-equipped. Amazing unit. Close to entrance, exercise room, pool and BBQ.

Carole was an amazing owner. Communication from the first day of the rental process to the last day of the rental was amazing. The state of Hawaii increased the rental tax after we booked and Carole take care of the increase because it wasn’t part of the original price agreed on. She goes above and beyond. Location is walking distance to groceries, shopping, beach, great restaurants and a short drive to two amazing beaches. The quality in the unit was great updated appliances and granite countertops and a great view from the deck. Others had commented that the bed was to firm which concerned me but if was comfortable. I would definitely book this unit if I was coming back to the Big Island. Thanks Carole
