Thomas at check in was great! I arrived before the normal check in time but he went of of his way to make sure I had a room and even found me a bellcart for all my luggage since I had a lot. The room was perfect for my daughter and I and the beds were very comfy!! Loved the indoor pool and free breakfast as well! I’d definitely stay here again!

Our room was great upon our arrival. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast needed a little help with the eggs. But overall we were pleased. Will stay there again.

The staff was really nice and the hotel is generally clean. But... I swam in the pool Friday and Saturday night (without my glasses on, because I was swimming.) Sunday night I kept my glasses on and saw that the ceiling in the pool was covered in black mold. I was wondering why my asthma was getting progressively worse during the few days that I was there. Now I am fighting a full on asthma attack. You can clearly see the mold when you walk into the pool area and look up. It's very visible and there's A LOT of it.

Stayed here to attend a Football game. Hotel was located close to game. Was very clean and great staff. Left my keys in the room and i'm from Canada. Cary Williams the general manager was very accomodating to get these keys sent back to me in Canada. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Staff was great. On first arrival into the room there was a roach by the microwave. Too tired to go and argue about it. Sink did Not drain . There was no plug so anything could fall down the sink hole.

The room was horrible, rust in the tub, bugs in room, no shower curtain, really loud noisy heater. People in hallway all night talking making noise, elevators defaced. Breakfast food cold eggs, cold sausage, no sanitizer in site for all the people handling the serving Utensils. Staff was horrible. All around horrible experience we got no sleep at all ,no peace at all !!
