General Manager should be replaced. I'm confused by five-star reviews. Wondering who actually wrote them. Obviously I should have read the reviews prior to booking this hotel. I would have gone to a different establishment.
I checked in at 3:00 p.m. and attempted to check out around 7:00 p.m. I was told they could not check me out the same day.
UNDER CONSTRUCTION
You can see that the property is going under renovation. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom where you could see the pipe. That should not even be a situation.
DENIED FRESH PILLOWCASES
My niece tried inquired about receiving new pillowcases. The person at the desk ignore her and had a 5-minute conversation on the phone. Then he proceeded to having another conversation making her wait.
When he finally acknowledged her he said that housekeeping was gone. He didnt have access to those items.
Any good establishment would have extra towels extra sheets and extra pillow cases in case something happened while the guests were there. If you don't have common sense to do this small thing you shouldn't even be in the hotel business.
When I book a room in a hotel at the very least I expect that the bed has clean linen. I'm not laying my head on a pillowcase that someone else laid their head.
