Lakefront luxury perfect for a weekend getaway or a winter work at home location. Natural beauty abounds in the gorgeous Lake Arrowhead community, where lake and mountain living coexist. You have access to an 18 hole golf course, 16+ miles of hiking trails, 2 pools, tennis, and one of Georgia’s most pristine lakes. Enjoy lake activities at the adjacent marina. Relax by the firepit, enjoy lake views through floor-to-ceiling windows, or explore the nearby N. Georgia mountains.

KITCHEN: Fully furnished kitchen with cooking utensils, dishware/flatware, blender, toaster, crock pot and coffee bar featuring Keurig and drip coffee machines. Pantry for extra storage for your supplies.

SUPPLIES: Complimentary toiletries (2 rolls per bathroom), paper towels, linens/towels, laundry detergent, iron/board, hangers, trash bags, dishwasher pods, shampoo/conditioner.

OUTDOOR: Private patio with propane grill, sunshade, hanging lights, and table with seating for 6. Backyard with own firepit, 6 Adirondack chairs and tiki lights.

SUITABILITY: Single-story unit, but stairs required for access from parking to unit.

PARKING: Driveway (2 vehicles), overflow parking at end of Marina Parc Drive.

GUEST ACCESS: The entire villa is yours to use except for the locked owner's closet. Stairs required to access property from the parking area.

PERFECT LAKE GETAWAY

Loved everything about this Luxury Lake Villa and its location looking directly out at the lake and marina! The villa was exactly what we expected based on the Vrbo listing photos. Very nicely furnished, well kept & clean, with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Being able to walk right down to the marina and gazebo was exactly what we wanted. Morning walks on well maintained trails and a quick ride over to the very nice community clubhouse for an excellent dinner was an added bonus! Highly recommend!!

Tranquility and Comfort at Lake Ahhhrrowhead

We had just an amazing weekend in this lovely villa. From the moment you woke up to the gorgeous view of the lake and surrounding trees to the quiet evenings settled around the welcoming fire pit
 this was true bliss
. All the amenities were there - comfy beds, well-supplied kitchen, and fluffy bath towels! We took advantage of one of the many awesome hiking trails not far from our door as well as spent time sitting on the dock enjoying conversation on the water. Wildlife was aplenty with visiting deer, scampering beavers, and waddling armadillos
 Looking forward to our return. Thank you!

Great Condo in Lake Arrowhead

This is a lovely property, it was great for 3 nights for 2 couples. Although we ate out for lunch and dinners during our entire stay, the kitchen seemed to be well-equipped. Very happy to have stayed right in Lake Arrowhead, and the view of the lake from this condo couldn't have been better.

Beautiful home; beautiful view!

This home on Arrowhead Lake is stunning. New, clean, and modern. High ceilings and great attention to detail. Light-filled with a wall of glass overlooking the lake. We loved it and will be booking another stay soon.
