The house is located in a quiet forest edge and is divided into 2 separate apartments. So you can go on holiday in a large group with family, friends, colleagues and everyone can retreat.

The house is suitable for 18 adults and 3 children.

The large apartment has 150 square meters and the small apartment has 75 square meters plus a corridor so a total of 232 square meters are available.

Both apartments have a balcony (in the large apartment the balcony is 40 square meters and in the small apartment about 20 square meters) and cozy living - dining area.

In the smaller apartment there are 2 bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a high quality leather box spring bed and has a walk-in closet.

This bathroom has a bath and a shower, which has its own open space. The bathroom is of high quality, with an oak vanity and LED on the ceiling and spots in the wall. The lighting conditions ensure cozy hours in the bathroom.
You will also find a high-quality nobilia kitchen in this cozy apartment. B is equipped with a smoothie maker from WMF or a spice carousel. Nothing should be missing here.

There are 4 bedrooms in the large apartment.
All bedrooms are at least 16 square meters. One bedroom has an extra large wardrobe and also here you wake up and have the breathtaking view of the mountains. A big highlight in this apartment is the bedroom with the water bed, in addition there is one in this room

An open kitchen adjoins the living and dining area, so even large groups can cook together, as the kitchen has a counter with stools.
From the 60 sqm living - dining area you can enjoy the breathtaking view from anywhere from the large window front.

The balconies are equipped with garden furniture and a grill. Children are welcome and cots and high chairs are available free of charge.

Here you will find peace and strength, as there is nothing near you. You can enjoy a good time carefree and have all your loved ones around.
Children will also have fun here.

In the summer months you have the opportunity to use the adjacent forest swimming pool Zorge or just the children and you can see from the large balcony how your children are doing in the outdoor pool.

Erste Gespräche mit dem Gastgeber verliefen freundlich und offen. Als wir abends angekommen sind waren alle Heizkörper kalt und das Duschwasser auch. Gott sei Dank hatten wir Holz mitgebracht, so konnten wir das Wohnzimmer heizen. Die Küche war schmutzig: Krümel in der Besteckschublade, angebrannte Ofenbleche, Essensreste am Geschirr, alte Spinnweben (Foto angehängt) gut sichtbar am Küchenschrank (Endreinigung wohl Fehlanzeige). Lag wahrscheinlich an der Geschirrspülmaschine, die lange nicht gereinigt wurde. Ein Lattenrost ist in der Nacht zusammengebrochen. Im "Spielebereich" waren nur Reste aus irgendeinem Kinderzimmer. Telefonisch haben wir die defekte Heizung (Foto angehängt) und die fehlenden Kurkarten angemerkt. Wir haben zur Heizung eine Gebrauchsanweisung bekommen (Schlüssel finden - in die Heizung gehen - diverse Knöpfe drücken). Die Wohnungen waren aber nicht mehr warm zu kriegen. Bei den Kurkarten, meinte er die Putzfrauen hätte sie uns geben sollen. Der Vermieter wollte dann noch langkommen und uns die Kurkarten bringen, aber er hat sich einfach nicht mehr gemeldet. Das Geld dafür haben wir auf sein Privatkonto überwiesen. Der nächste Gast sollte das besser persönlich machen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist super und wir werden sehr wahrscheinlich wiederkommen.Die Innenausstattung wirkt sehr neu und es ist viel Platz bei großem Balkon und schöner Aussicht.Einziges Manko: Die Heizung funktioniert nicht richtig, folglich gab es kein Warmwasser. Das konnte aber mehr oder weniger gut mit etwas manuellem Eingreifen erledigt werden.

Heizung defekt, Gastgeber geht nicht auf kontaktversuche ein

An sich ist das Objekt sehr schön und hat alles was man braucht. Die Heizung ging leider nicht, weshalb die Temperatur im gesamten aus nur 6,4Grad betrug. Warmes Wasser gab es folglich auch nicht. Der Gastgeber hat uns erst am Tag der Anreise, zwei Stunden vor geplanter Ankunft darüber informiert, obwohl er es laut eigener Aussage schon zwei Tage im Vorfeld wusste. Somit konnten wir auch keine Ausweichmöglichkeit mehr finden. Im Telefonat mit dem Gastgeber sicherte er uns zu, im Nachgang Geld Zurück zu überweisen, reagiert seitdem auf keinerlei Anrufe und auch der Kundendienst konnte bisher keinen Kontakt zum Gastgeber herstellen. Die Unterkunft an sich wäre echt schön, unter diesen Voraussetzungen würde ich allerdings jedem von einer Buchung abraten.

Inneneinrichtung der Räume und Bäder ästhetisch ansprechend wie auf den Fotos im Internet. Leider waren viele Spinnweben und Staub um die Betten sichtbar. Die Informationsweitergabe zur Nutzung des Codes war kompliziert, hat aber letztlich geklappt zur Nutzun

Tolles Reiseziel mit nettem Vermieter

Die Absprache zum Aufenthalt mit dem Vermieter war herrlich unkomplizierter und die Anreise- bzw. Abreisezeitpunkte flexibel. Die Lage sowie der Zustand der Unterkunft waren exakt wie beschrieben. Wir würden direkt nochmal hin fahren!

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in der Wohnung. Die ruhige Lage mit dem Schwimmbad direkt vor der Tür war perfekt!

Wald-Idylle

Die Wohnungen sind beide sehr schön, über Einrichtung lässt sich immer streiten, aber wir haben uns für ein langes Wochenende sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hätten gerne ein paar Grundgewürze und Badematten da sein können, das nicht alles nass wird nach dem Duschen. Aber das war es auch schon mit Meckern. Jetzt das Positive: easy Check-in, gute Kommunikation, alles sauber und das Freibad vorm Balkon, absolut super. Nix wie hin da. Liebe Grüße von der Gruppe!

Die Wohnung war soweit o.k., wenn auch vielfach veraltete und defekte Einrichtungsgegenstände!, Das gesamte Objekt, in dem sich die Ferienunterkunft befindet, ist in einem nicht zumutbaren Gesamtzustand! Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher befinden sich im Erdgeschoss in einem nicht tolerierbaren Abstellraum! Die Bilder zweigen einen tollen Blick auf das Schwimmbad, jedoch befinden sich die Wohnungen im 1.OG,…maximal schlecht für Gäste mit Hunden…

Modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage

Die sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung bot genug Platz für uns (10 Personen) und war zudem modern und komfortabel ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr herzlich und hat wunderbar funktioniert. Das Objekt befindet sich in einer traumhaften Lage und insbesondere die Aussicht von der Terasse war ein absolutes Highlight.

Schönes Haus für größere Gruppen

Wir waren in dieser Ferienwohnug mit einer Gruppe von 12 Personen. Die Kommunikation mit der vermietenden Familie verlief äußerst freundlich und stets zügig, sodass zur Anreise keine Fragen offen geblieben waren. Die Beschreibung passt zum Tatsächlichen Zustand der Wohnung. Einzig zwei Dinge möchten wir an dieser Stelle ergänzen: 1) Der Empfang mobiler Daten ist äußerst eingeschränkt (Stand August 2019). Das bereitgestellte Wlan ist auf 20GB (per Satellit) beschränkt, sodass dies bei längeren Aufenthalten fürs Streaming bspw. bedacht werden sollte. 2) Das Waldschwimmbad hat dieses Jahr bis Ende August seine Saison gehabt. Daher ggf. vor der Buchung die Öffnungszeiten nochmal prüfen, sollte das Schwimmbad ein Kriterium sein. Ansonsten ist das Haus sauber und geschmackvolll eingerichtet gewesen. Wir hatten schöne Tage und können die Ferienunterkunft der Familie Becker sehr empfehlen! Vielen Dank!
