Serenity on Ruby Ridge
Serenity on Ruby Ridge is designed to wrap around the central courtyard. This high end stylish holiday home which is beautifully designed to make a very comfortable, sunny light and bright accommodation.
The living room opens on both sides with stacking ranch sliders creating fantastic indoor-outdoor living with the rear courtyard being the ideal sheltered space to relax. This will surely be the highlight of your holiday. In winter months, relax in front of the fire with a local Pinot Noir after a big day up the mountain.
The kitchen is a very attractive galley style with a full butler’s pantry that can be shut off when entertaining. Everything you will need is here! The garage is very spacious which can house two vehicles and all you snow and bike gear.
Master bedroom is within a separate wing with a generous walk-in wardrobe and upmarket ensuite bathroom and opens onto the central courtyard.
The other 3 bedrooms are contained within the guest wing. Each bedroom has it's own heatpump.

This stunning property has 4 large bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed with Ensuite courtyard access.
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed
Bedroom 4: 2 King Single beds (Super King by request only - charges may apply)
The ensuite feature 2 sinks and large shower. Main that's in guest wing has a bath and separate shower.
This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 bin liners and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.
Interaction with Guests:
Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.

Wonderful Stay
Serenity on Ruby Ridge is a fantastic place to stay. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. It is located in a quiet street and only a 5 minute drive from the centre of town. We enjoyed sitting in the courtyard on nice days, and the living room/dining area was a perfect place to spend on wet days. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.
