The space
On arrival at the guest house, you can take advantage of the onsite carpark for added convenience.
Once inside you are welcomed by the comfortable furnishings and necessities that will make your stay peaceful and relaxing.
The kitchenette comes equipped with a hot plate, microwave, cooking equipment, toaster, kettle, and a crock pot. Stay cosy year-round with the added comfort of a heat pump, ensuring pleasant temperatures. Wind down in the evening with entertainment on the flatscreen TV watching your favourite shows with the apps available.
Venture out to Wanaka township with just a short 6-minute drive away. Indulge in a plethora of dining options, from charming cafes to gourmet restaurants. For a leisurely adventure, explore the nearby trails on foot or by bike, or ascend Mt Iron for breathtaking panoramic views of Wanaka.

While this property is self-contained, Lakeview Properties wants to ensure you have everything necessary to begin your holiday smoothly.
We provide essential amenities such as toilet paper, washing powder, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets or powder, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash.
Please be aware that these are just initial supplies, and you may need to replenish them during your stay.
Guests will have access to the studio only which is connected to the main house garage, but away from the main house.
Parking is available at the bottom of the steps in front of the garage as you enter the property.
OUR STRICT RULES:
1. No loud noise outside after 10:00 pm: As we are situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you refrain from creating any disruptive noise after 10:00 pm. Our neighbours have been informed to notify us of any excessive noise disturbances. If you anticipate difficulty adhering to this rule, we kindly ask that you reconsider booking with us.
2. No parties without prior approval: Any gatherings or events require prior approval, and unauthorised parties will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation, with no refund. Please note that there may be an additional fee for hosting extra guests if approved.
3. Checkout is at 10:00 am: We kindly request that you check out by 10:00 am on the day of your departure. If you require a late checkout, please submit your request at least 24 hours in advance. Late checkouts are subject to availability.
4. No smoking inside the property: Smoking, including the usage of any recreational drugs, is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
5. Leave the property in a reasonable state: We expect the property to be left in a reasonable and tidy condition upon departure. Any additional cleaning required beyond the normal cleaning procedures will be charged at a rate of $60 per hour. Please promptly report any damages, spills, or stains during your stay. If necessary, you may be held responsible for the cost of replacement or professional cleaning.
6. Board Games. We love that people play our games but please ensure games are back in their original boxes prior to departure. As its a time consuming task to put games back together there will be a $60 charge by the cleaner to action this task.
7. BBQ must be cleaned after each use by the guest. Failure to clean the BBQ and utensils will result in a $100 charge by the cleaner.
