This hotel is excellent. The location is close to old town but also easy to get to other parts of the city. The room was clean, the bed was super comfy. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travel.

Wonderful and beautiful brand new hotel, just 10-15min items walking to the main attractions in a very safe and quiet location. Rooms are small but very cozy and comfy with all the amenities that you may need. Staff is very nice. breakfast is expensive but exquisite. I would totally recommend this hotel!

We always loved Puro hotels for their attention to details and design. This particular hotel didn’t appeal to us aesthetically, though. The design is too minimalistic and lacks colours. The wifi was very poor as well. Also no FREE coffee option in the lobby. It felt also a bit like a let down that we don’t get any benefits for using Puro hotels regularly. Maybe it’s time to change the brand.

I had an excellent stay at the PURO Hotel in Warsaw. This lovely, Nordic-style hotel was exactly what I needed - clean, fashionable, and incredibly comfortable. The design is modern yet cozy, with thoughtful touches throughout that make the atmosphere feel both stylish and inviting. The location is fantastic, very close to the center of the Old Town and a short walk (20mins) from to the Palace of Culture and Science, as well as many other central businesses and attractions. It made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable - I slept like a dream. I also loved starting my mornings with delicious coffee and croissants from the hotel’s restaurant cafeteria. All in all, everything about my stay was great. I would definitely come back and highly recommend PURO Hotel to anyone visiting Warsaw.

I had an excellent stay at PURO Warsaw Old Town. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the Old Town and right next to green parks and cultural spots. The design of the hotel is modern, stylish, and thoughtfully curated, with attention to every detail. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a very cozy bed and great amenities. I especially appreciated the smart room control system and the free access to coffee and tea 24/7 in the lobby. Staff were kind, professional, and always ready to help — from check-in to check-out, the service was top-notch. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a wide variety of options. Overall, a wonderful experience — I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Warsaw!
