The room was clean and comfortable, especially the beds. The bathroom had a pee smell though and the sick didn’t drain well. Other than that I liked my room. It was great to have breakfast available but I couldn’t get and dairy free milk or creamer which made my food and drink options few. For future consideration please provide dairy free options especially for coffee and cereal. Many people have allergies, so it was inconvenient to have to still buy part of my breakfast in the mornings.

Bed-bugs , took pictures and sent them to you, and the Hotel, could not wait for the Manager as the desk clerk suggested; He would be in at 9:30am, we had to leave at 9:00am to the Airport, and catch the Plane to Tallahassee Fl.

The room was large and comfortable. Hotel very close to the airport but in an industrial area. No restaurant next door. The staff was very helpful and got us muffins at 4 am though breakfast wasn’t until 6:30. We appreciated that customer service.

Staff is so friendly and helpful. No matter the time of day. Breakfast ends exactly at 9:30am. Coffee and tea all day which is nice. Ample parking. I would stay there again. 2 adults, 2 year old and 7 yr old. I didn't go to the pool but my husband said it looked clean and I believe they give towels based on the guests we observed.

We stayed the Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites in Warwick for a wedding. Our experience was nothing short of great. The hotel was clean and the staff attentive and kind. The breakfast was delicious and the staff attentive to guests needs. They kept refreshing the dishes and kept clean and tidy. A shout out to Marie who tended to the breakfast. Marie was spectacular! She was on the ball with refilling this and that. If someone was looking for something, Marie directed them or got them what they requested. Always smiling and willing to help guests. All I can say is Marie provided excellent customer service!
