The room was clean and comfortable, especially the beds. The bathroom had a pee smell though and the sick didn’t drain well. Other than that I liked my room. It was great to have breakfast available but I couldn’t get and dairy free milk or creamer which made my food and drink options few. For future consideration please provide dairy free options especially for coffee and cereal. Many people have allergies, so it was inconvenient to have to still buy part of my breakfast in the mornings.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling, which was concerning and uncomfortable. Even more disappointing was the cold and unwelcoming attitude of the staff. we did get the refund 50%

We stayed there for 7 nights and had no hot water the first 2 nights. Our room got cleaned once the day before we checked out, requesting multiple times at the front desk to have our room serviced. Half way through the week our tv had troubles and the problem never was resolved. Very nice hotel but I wouldn’t come back.

It was a decent price. No services but staff was nice. Sporadic hot water as hotel was upgrading their water system but they did compensate guests because of the inconvenience. Overall, it was a clean room and the bed was pretty comfortable. Non cash hotel (not even petty cash) and I needed to break a few bucks for some tip money while traveling and I had to walk about 15 minutes to the nearest gas station.
