Close to Warwick Hospital, JLR, Telent, Severn Trent, IBM and motorways. 15 min walk to Warwick train station, 2 min walk to shops, takeaways and bus stop, 25 min walk to Warwick town centre for all visitor attractions/shops/restaurants/pubs, 5 min drive to M40.

Free parking on driveway. Kettle/tea/coffee/milk in room as well as microwave with plates and cutlery. Private entrance to the guest space with key accessed via a key safe. Private en-suite bathroom with towels and toiletries supplied.

You are welcome to book if you are working nights however please be aware the guest space is next to the kitchen so there will be household noise throughout the day, especially at weekends. Please note there is an internal door from the guest space to the dining room in the main house which is kept locked at all times.

I have cats so bear this in mind when booking in case of allergies. They do not have access to the guest space but have full access to the rest of the house.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood with local shops a 2 minute walk away. Lovely pub which serves great food and drinks including cocktails a 10 minute walk away overlooking the canal. Warwick town centre is approx a 25 minute walk away for access to boutique shops, restaurants, pubs and bars. Sightseeing locations like Warwick Castle and the Lord Leycester Hospital are in the town centre. Very close to Warwick Hospital, only an 15 minute walk or 4 minute drive. Bus stops are short walk away located by the local shops. Warwick train station is approximately a 15 minute walk. Uber or taxi is a good way to get around also.
