Located in top real estate zip code 20007, the safest residential block of Georgetown village with small Palisades and big terraced houses, tall trees and nearby Hidy Park with free tennis courts, 15 minutes' walk to downtown or up the street Fox-hall shopping center, perfect location, coffee shop, deli short walk from the house plus CVS, restaurants, and farmers market Sundays on MacArthur Blvd. A fully equipped kitchen and dining table seated four, working desk station with Wi-Fi in the living room, a cozy leather couch, within unit washer and dryer, detergent not included. Both bedrooms have firm mattresses and soft cotton sheets. A full bathroom with ample space for toiletries, soft towels, all utilities included. Great Little Basement Apartment, Convenient To Hospital

Very nice property with a living room and a little kitchen, and two bedrooms. Host was really friendly and helpful. Do be aware that it's a basement unit with pretty steep steps, so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Conveniently located near Georgetown Hospital.
