Amazing 2 bedroom, one bathroom apartment located on the lower level of a large row house, we separate entrance.
The Apartment has one queen size bed in Room # 1 , one full size bed in Room # 2 and a full size sofa bed in the livingroom. This property is in the heart of Historic Logan Circle and convention center area of North West Washington. You will find a cozy and clean property. Private entrance and you can walk everywhere ( 96 walk score). This property is only 3 City Blocks away Howard Shaw Metro Station, 5 City Blocks from the Washington Convention Center, and 2 blocks from grocery stores (Whole Food and Giant). You can also walk to restaurants near the property as well as the U Street Corridor and 14th Street. Great Value for the price!

This was a great base from which to explore Washington DC and a tremendous value for price. 4 of us stayed there in comfort. The kitchen was well stocked and there were sores of al kinds within a few blocks. Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is located in a fairly quiet neighborhood, near a few good restaurants, and it was convenient to visit the city. The kitchen was well equipped. We did not hear road noise (although one can hear upstairs neighbor walk in the morning, but it did not bother us).

I was in town for work and this was close and convenient to the WEWCC. The Noise from the guests above was a little loader than expected, but I have not stayed in a multi level home in a long time. Over all I had a nice experience with my stay here.

Great location. Jonathan was excellent and helped with all of our questions. There was a nice selection of breakfast snacks and coffee which was nice since we arrived late. Plenty of toiletry items in case you forget something. We needed parking so he took care of getting our permit which was free. There is a nice grocery store within a short walk. Check out the Dog Daze Social Club Restaurant and Bar which is around the corner. You will be entertained by a variety of fur babies while eating good pizza and a full bar. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome apartment in an awesome location

We walked to and from foggy bottom and the mall, logan circle and dupont circle - plus found great food and drink nearby. Apartment is outfitted with all one could ever need and has auch a great layout. Really enjoyed our week there!

Cozy spot in an ideal location

Stayed 3 nights to attend a conference and this space was perfect. Great neighborhood, clean, cozy, and a very short walk to coffee, restaurants, shopping and the metro. Host was super helpful and made check-in and park info easy. Would definitely stay here again.
