From the movie-themed family room and arcade room to the outdoor living space with a fire pit, this home has YOU written all over it! The main floor is spacious, light, and airy the minute you walk in. The living room has a large sectional sofa and a love seat that has a pull-out twin sofa. The kitchen has white cupboards, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances - including a gas stove. There are four bar stools at the counter for additional seating. The kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare and serve your meals. You can sit at the big dining room table with 8 chairs or go outside and enjoy more seating on the covered patio. The patio is secluded and a great place to enjoy in the day or evening time, be sure to turn on the gas fire pit for added fun and ambiance. A grill is provided for additional cooking options. The master bedroom with a king bed and on-suite compliments this level perfectly and has a flat-screen TV. There is an additional bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom at the front of the house.

Upstairs is the awesome family room. The fun theater-themed room is decorated so cutely and has a flat-screen TV. There are two sofas and one is a queen sofa sleeper. There is an air hockey table and two fun arcade games, a game table with a chessboard for additional games including Xbox 1. There is a movie theater popcorn machine to enjoy. Entertainment is galore! The bedrooms upstairs both have their own full bathrooms. One has a king-size bed and the other has two queen beds. There is a laundry room upstairs with a washer and dryer.

Perfect Location! Great Entertainment!

My husband and I, along with our three sons (ages 22, 20 and 16) truly enjoyed our stay here for our family summer vacation. With having three boys, one of the things I look for in a vacation home is entertainment and this house delivered! In fact, we all loved the arcade games - there was something for everyone. But most importantly, the house was very clean, great spaces to 'hang out' in, and the kitchen had absolutely everything you need. This was very convenient for our activities - Bryce Canyon and Zion, and we used a discount code for an ATV tour. We would definitely stay here again.

Above and beyond expectations!

This property really stood out compared to others we've stayed at. So many things we brought that we really didn't need to because they thought of everything! Plenty of cookware, plates, utensils, and bowls for 30. Beds galore. Need to do laundry? Everything you need. Host a large group? Everything you need. Want to enjoy the pool? Enjoy it more with coolers and floaties. Unexpected first aid need... Got it covered.My only complaint is that the TV's are sluggish. Best to bring your own streaming stick. But the arcade and game systems more than kept my kids and all of their teammates entertained. Not interested in arcade and want old fashion board games? Again... You simply can't be disappointed here.

Amazing rental!

This rental is our favorite rental we’ve ever had! The entire house is well stocked, organized and so comfortable. The kids had a blast with all of the game options and we as adults greatly appreciated the attention to detail throughout the house. We had accidentally forgotten chairs to use at the soccer games we had all weekend and it was so nice that there were several in the garage! The kitchen was well stocked and SO organized! Every detail was taken care of and I was so impressed to find a container of supplies for forgotten items like toothbrushes, lotions, medications and all sorts of items. Truly the most fun, clean and well stocked rental ever!!

Great Place to Stay in St George

We loved this rental. Very clean and well stocked for anything we needed. Our kids loved the movie room and arcade games. Located close to the exit from I-15 which made it convenient for day excursions to Zion National Park

Family getaway

This property had something for everyone in our group consisting id multiple generations. There was plenty of room to sleep and hang out. The property also invluded plenty of extras like folding chairs, stroller, air mattress, folding bed and coolers. I wish i had known about some of these so i didnt have to bring them and could have saved space packing.

The property itself was very nice and spacious. Unfortunately, when we checked in the cleanliness was not up to standard. We reached out to the management company. They were very apologetic but no real resolution was made.

Fun house convenient location

Awesome getaway!!

We snuck away for a long weekend before school started and meet up there with family from Arizona and it was just that we needed! We loved the floorplan of the home with plenty of room to spread out. My son loved the arcade games and the kitchen/pantry were heavily stocked. We would definitely plan another stay here!! ***The only downside is the hot tub at the pool wasn’t heated, people around us said the heating mechanism had been broken for about a week so hopefully it gets fixed quickly for other guests. Other than that this was perfect!

Y’all. This is an oasis!

We stayed for a couple days on a multi stop road trip. Once we got here, we decided to take a day off and just chill in the house and by the pool. It was absolutely the rest we needed! And my wife was blown away by the organization of this home! So good! We will recommend this spot to others headed to Zion!

Family trip for a Memorial Service

This rental was a Great place for the 5 of us to decompress while we were in the area for a family members Memorial Service. Everything was as advertised, but the pool and hot tub are community units that were so busy we didn't use them.

We had a great time staying at this beautiful property in Washington, Utah. We loved the extras provided (in case we forgot anything) and the vintage video games were a hit with all ages. Super fun park just up the road in a little canyon! Can't wait to stay here again!

Great rental!!

It was an amazing rental. I loved that it was stocked with necessities so we didn’t have to run to the store for little things. It was fully stocked with first aid, bathroom essentials and random things like batteries, ziplock baggies ect. Beautiful space, lots of games and perfect for people of all ages.

Soccer tournament stay

We went down as two sisters, our families, and our parents, to spend the long weekend for a soccer tournament. The house was comfortable and nice. It had lots of entertainment for our kids to enjoy in our downtime. The community pool is heated, so even though the weather was a little chilly, we still enjoyed swimming.

Fantastic experience!

This was such a wonderful place to stay. We had 8 adults (4 couples). The rooms were amazing and we loved having a bathroom for each couple. The host had thought of everything and even had an emergency supply box and first aid kit, both of which we used. The house was clean and comfortable. We loved all the games as we spent a fair amount of time hanging out at the house. The only down side is that the cell reception was bad. For most of the the time I did not mind as this was an effort to get away. I also really like being outside of St George so we never had traffic to deal with. I totally recommend this property.
