The house is beautiful and was very clean. The location was great with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and the Eastern Market. There is street parking available but I didn’t fully realize it requires a temporary parking pass so that you do not a get a ticket. I reached out to the host and was promptly registered for parking. The only issue I had was when I reached out to the host on our first day to inquire about washcloths, I never received a response back. We are a family of 5 and there were only two washcloths in the house. For the price that we paid for 4 days, I expected better than that and I only received a response regarding the washcloths after I mentioned it again when I sent a message saying we checked out. At that time, the host let me know that she failed to mention that the owner needs to buy more. Had this been communicated, I would have brought some with me and had a more comfortable stay. Overall, the house is large, very clean, and we had a good stay.

Incredible location, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Perfect for our family with small children to enjoy the DC sites while maintaining an “at home” feel. Grocery, restaurants and metro station all 5 min walk away- felt extremely safe and family friendly.

Our 2 middle aged parents and GenZ adult kids enjoyed our stay in this 125 year old row house in Capitol Hill area near Eastern Market in an upscale neighborhood with upscale furnishings. Property manager/owners very responsive and communicative on the issue with the lock. Great location walking to Paraiso, AmBar and Matchbox for dinners and lunches. Our party's piano player enjoyed the grand piano. Nice hang out facilities, cooking breakfasts in the kitchen was easy. Two of us used the bench out front on the street to read and people watch. As with all row houses, guests need to be mobile - steep stairs to the front door and to the bedrooms. We used Metro and Lyft with no issues. We'd stay again.
