They gave us the wrong room. The staff tried to enter our room after barely knocking. The TV would never fully turn off and emitted a weird blue light from it.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. The front desk were kind and helpful and housekeeping did a good job tending to the room. I was even able to get a later check out for flight reasons. Overall good stay, would definitely book again!

My experience was less than satisfactory- I did inform the front desk regarding my rapid iPhone charger was missing when I returned to my room later in the day after housekeeping was there. Have not heard anything further. Also, my room had a door that was accessible to the room adjacent. The person occupying that room talked so loud that at times I thought she was in my room, and if I had my kids with me I would have requested another room based on the vulgarities spewing from her mouth- There were other items that occurred, but these were the two major ones-

Shower was cold, hot water did not work. Informed reception and they knew of a previous issue and told us to keep the shower running for a long time, ran it for over 30mins and still did not get warm. Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights with cold showers, very disappointing
