I stayed here recently for a weekend for some shopping and sightseeing and found that it was a good option as it was close to several food and shopping options as well as the metro. The hotel offers a shuttle both to and from the airport so that was also a big plus for us. The one issue that we had was that while we paid for breakfast via Expedia, the hotel indicated that they were not seeing that we had that option available to us. We therefore had to pay for breakfast for each of the days we were there. (Major disappointment)

It was a good place to lay our head but the room showed its age. Bathroom ceiling looked like it was about to crumble and the light was rusted out of the mount. Otherwise the room was clean and they swapped towels each day and cleaned the room every day as well.

The biggest issue we had was that the shuttle hours were posted for pickup from the airport. We called to verify and were assured we would have transportation. Not only did they not pick us up, the staff member claimed they were there, which was verified incorrect by the airport staff that stood with us waiting. The hotel staff wouldn’t even let me finish a sentence, just kept telling me I was wrong. I travel for business often, including at this hotel but would definitely not recommend it to anyone. This property continues to decline.

The staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. Special mention Abdullah, Hadid, The staff at the Veranda cafe, special mention.Desat. . The hotel could do better with amenities, no shower caps in the bathrooms. The bed linen is creased and there was hair when I turned down the bed cover which makes one wonder if the sheets were clean. Also an body odour from the sheets like they were not fresh. Property conveniently located to restaurants, church, convenience stores.

The property was very clean. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable On the other hand the hotel has three elevators. Our room was on the twelve floor and by the third day we there only one elevator was working

Solid overall

Way too expensive overall in my opinion. $44 a night for parking is insane. Breakfast was great though. Rooms could use a hair dryer too.

Terrible customer service, booked a king bed room lady told me sense it was standard they gave me a two bed room, doesn’t make any sense cuz that would be something I could see right away. I’m 22 but she treated me like a kid worse experience ever
