Great staff, knowledgeable and helpful. Clean hallways, no noise, no one running around or messy, clean room, and personalized tv greeting. Hotel lobby was PACKED. As if I were walking through a party. People everywhere. No events happening, just people checking in and checking out. Very helpful staff, no long lines, great open bar, and breakfast. Apparently a very popular hotel. Glad I booked early.
