Typically I would give this a hotel 5 stars. Our plane was delayed by weather. The hotel shuttle bus to/from the airport stops running at midnight.

Room was very clean, it was great having the shuttle 5 minutes to the DCS airport. Staff was very nice, helpful and they now have a great food service right there in the lobby. It was just very convenient and handy.

For starters the lady that checked us in was rude probably had a rough day but when one decides to work with people you better come ready and cheerful. I had to call front desk twice regarding the noise on the fourth floor. My room was next to unsupervised kids that were loud past 11:30pm. Nothing was done, my husband had to step out and handle it! Overall the room was clean and the hotel itself was clean. And the ladies that helped us check out were amazing. This is the only reason I am giving two stars. I don’t think I will be staying at this location again

This booking was for a birthday surprise for my wife. Unfortunately, she had a heart attack the week prior to her birthday and was life flighted to a hospital in Baltimore MD. When I called to explain what occurred and attempted to cancel the reservation 5 days prior to arrival, they were adamant that I would be charged in full and they would not refund any part of what I was charged…as I paid in full to keep it a surprise. I understand that they have a business to operate but this was the coldest move I have ever experienced and I will never stay in a Hilton brand again. I will also be sure to spread the unkind truth of what they did to every person in my business circle within the MD - DC, VA area.
