The property looked much better in the pictures. It needs to be upgraded. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the people in the rooms next to you. I wouldn’t stay again!

Homeless people stay here. A Half Naked family was in the lobby upon my last visit. Guest walking around in socks in the lobby. Oh an no one is never at the front desk.

Sirens blaring!

It was so noisy all night long with sirens and honking. Sometimes the sirens seemed like they were in the hotel they were so loud!

Thank you for your feedback. We are in a busy, heavily populated area and our hotel being on the corner, is typically pretty quiet. We are sorry this was not the case and your stay was interrupted by outside noise.

The service was great and the rooms were nice. The server for breakfast was very friendly and helpful. I liked having a hot breakfast at the hotel.

Would not recommend.

When we got there, there was only one person at the front desk and already a line of people waiting to check in. It took us an hour to check in. We got interrupted multiple times by people in front of us in line who ended up with incorrect rooms. Once we did check in, we were also given the incorrect room. We were to have the executive suite, but ended up with a room with just two queen beds. However, we were already late for dinner plans with friends because of the late check in, that we did not have time to switch rooms. The reason there was a shortage of rooms, was because they did not have any that were clean.

I enjoyed my stay

The hotel was very clean and the room was larger than expected. Staff went out of their way to say hello and the breakfast was better than most hotels.
