Parking and Valet parking way too expensive. Need shaded areas on the roof top pool. Dirty curtains in both rooms I booked. Broke sink, no dish towels, no dish sponge. Kitchen way too small. Need Vegan options at breakfast.

Loved that the property had a great view and lots of things to do around the hotel. Access to a free shuttle was close by. Roof top pool had no areas of shade. Could provide some umbrellas outdoor table areas. Curtains need better cleaning. Kitchen area too small to make a meal. Breakfast need more options especially for Vegan people.

Good hotel. Basic. Charley at the front desk was very helpful, welcoming and polite. Breakfast was good. Fresh. Good service. Everyone at the hotel was polite and helpful. Our room view was amazing. The room itself while was clean but needed some updating. New furniture and mattress would help. Otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel. Right in the heart of the wharf

Great location in the harbor area with many great dining options. The hotel rooftop pool is wonderful. The buffet breakfast was very good with lots of options and plenty of seating options. The room was gorgeous - bright, spacious, comfortable and very clean. Wonderful option and close/walkable to everything!

USE THE VALET PARKING IF STAYING MULTIPLE NIGHTS

Our only complain would be that when we checked in we inquired about any offers fixed or special rate for parking we were told that the parking was privately owned and they had no such offers. Although that information was some what correct because the hotel does not have any agreement with the privately owned parking company. What they failed to tell us was that if we went outside to the valet parking that is offered by the privately owned parking company they would be able to offer us a specail rate for multiple days verses paying the daily rate which would have saved us some money on the parking.

We had a hard time finding our hotel. It was a nice place but it needs more signs from street. The maps guide you to drive down a street that is closed and only for walking. It was just really hard to find.

The Wharf in Washington DC experience!

Rooms are not very comfortable! Sofabed is like sleeping on an iron mattress! Rooms and hallways hot all the time! Staff excellent especially the crew at breakfast!
