Paid a high price each night, paid 75 for parking each night on top of the room and all the other daily charges that were added in, Beds were too small no vent the bathroom no shower matt for the floor

The location was amazing. The issue I had is that there is a resort fee at this location and i was never told anything about what it offerred. The staff should have said there is a resort fee and told me what it includes. I thus paid for perks that I didn't use because the staff neglected to say anything like they are supposed to. I think the property should refund me this fee as i paid for someone that I didn't get to use because the staff didn't do their job.
