Came to town for concert. Arena was in walking distance and plenty of dining options

I was not aware that this Hitel was more of a zhostel,Micro Mini identifies this property. Hard to move in the room with only two people in the room.
Wish I had mnoticed during the booking that this was a Micro Mini Hotel. This Property should not be advertised as a Hotel. It’s more like a “Room” in someone’s basement.

The quality of everything was nice, but when they say a mirco hotel, they mean MICRO. The room way tiny.

Overall safe, but location has ups and downs.
Posted Jan. 20, 2024 on HotelsI had a good time here, I appreciated the location next to Capitol One Arena, a Walgreens, and some decent rotating sushi, but also it’s across the street from a popular “undesirable” gathering spot of homeless and drug dealers. One guy with mental health issues was screaming all night. But I felt safe here with the 24/7 security so it was just an annoyance.
