Do not stay here or with any Global Luxury Suites properties. There was virtually no communication with the host. Upon entering the property, it was not cleaned very well. The second thing I noticed was that the toilet seat was broken, turned sideways. The hinges were snapped off and I had to call the emergency 800 number to report. Here is a list of items that were very upsetting to say the least. Not clean, walls and floors looked like someone had thrown a party the night before, floors had burn holes, walls were dirty and stained, chipped drywall, tape stuck on the walls and ceiling, hair in bathtub, sink, and on toilet, no privacy screen/curtain in main room(people could look right in from other building) washing machine was gross(mold/mildew), microwave vent cover on inside missing and dirty/dusty, bedding was stained and dirty, bed was not comfortable, they didn’t vacuum, and when I tried to, the vacuum didn’t work hardly at all, and did I mention no communication? When I first called the 800 number to fix the seat, I gave permission for someone to come in the property to fix and they did the next day. The problem was, now I had a new seat, but it wouldn’t stay up, you had to hold it up! I tried contacting the host about the other items and they replied two days later and stated they would have someone reach out and schedule a time to come fix items, but they never did call or message me. They had someone come in the property unannounced and without permission! Horrible
