Our 6-year-old raved about how much he loved this hotel! Breakfast had fabulous options and plenty of space to relax and eat. Staff was welcoming and kind, our luggage was delivered by the airline after they lost it, and she asked questions to verify that it was ours. Parking was worth the money after all. Our son still says how much he loved the room and how comfy his bed was!

Great hotel. Parking difficult but that is the whole area not just this hotel. Restaurant and lounge is actually in the adjoining hotel. Breakfast was really good.

Staff was very nice. Clean enough. Breakfast had good options. Roads around area are a little confusing. But the one issue I had was, the ac unit, whenever the fan stopped running because the target temperature was reached, it made this very very loud bang sound. Like every time. Woke me and my daughter up like 7 times through night. I even attempted to have it set where the fan would run constantly to avoid this, however that setting didn't work.

I did not appreciate the $44/night for the parking, but they were great about giving us other options and even letting us change our minds with no change. Otherwise, the room was generously appointed with a full fridge and some accouterments for preparing food. You would need your own stuff to store the food. The staff was amazing, helpful and friendly.

The property is super clean, as are the rooms; the staff is AMAZING - honestly every single staff person we interacted with was sooo wonderful. They were helpful and engaging, quick to assist and offer really useful information. The staff really made our stay awesome. The location is great - out of the SC crowds but close enough to quickly get to all the sight seeing. The complimentary shuttle was incredibly convenient and ran on time. It was just a really wonderful stay all around. Also, the pillows are MAGNIFICENT.
