Breakfast is excellent but for a fee. Location is excellent for Pentagon and Crystal City work. Amazing staff included Beatrice in the restaurant and “Rise and Shine” at the front desk. See you again soon.

Staff. Called the front desk to inquire about the van times when I landed. Was told driver was at the airport. I stated that was fine but I’d miss him. I was still deplaning. I asked next van time. She states an hour from now. Called back. A male states 24 minutes. When I ask about the difference, they just put me on hold…contacted driver and he stated he was still at the airport. No sense of what is going on. The driver spoke to me like I child, saying I was supposed to be out here. No one apologized. Upon checkin, the two women completely ignored me while standing at the front desk talking to each other and offered no apology for the confusion. A family checked in, and then the male I spoke with on the phone checked me in. Will never stay again. Even shuttle driver kept running his mouth to the point, I told him I needed to make a call. He kept trying to get me to say everything was fine. When I started to explain, he kept fast-talking. With that, there’s no point in trying to explain or get accountability. There was no point.

The service desk employees were amazing; friendly and professional. We really enjoyed speaking with them. The restaurant waiter was a real gentleman and the food was very good. Our only complaint was I was given wrong information by some front desk employee when I called after placing the reservation. I had asked specifically if the shuttle would be available for our 7am flight and was assured it would be as long as I set it up at check-in. Only to find out it doesn’t even start till 6am, so we had to pay $21 for an Uber.

No shuttle service when trying to call hotel. Kept going to automated message. Couldn't reach front desk. Refused to compensate for the Taxi ride we had to pay for. Poor front desk staff. Nobody at front desk during a normal check in time. First night we had a musty room. They informed us it was for one night because they didn't have the room we reserved and to check in tomorrow for a new room that we reserved. Went to lobby in the morning and they stated the room wasn't ready. I informed them this is what we were told to do. After looking they found an upgraded room which was nice. Attempted many time to get some type of compensation for the taxi ride to which none offered. They did give us vouchers for the breakfast for our entire stay. We used it for one breakfast----food was cold and terrible. I never complain/leave reviews but this was terrible service all the way around.

The stuff put us in a room that was not our original room. None of the lights or sockets were working. However, they were able to provide us with the room we were supposed to receive. The outside window was dirty. Over all the experience was a 3 out of 5. Please experience the place yourself. This was just my experience.
