POOL:

- Open between early May and late September. Not guaranteed to be ready for use until Memorial Day weekend. Pool is NOT heated
- Pool is maintained weekly.
- There is no life guard on duty.
- Adults/parents must constantly monitor their children at all times in the backyard outdoor space for adherence of rules and safety around water and fire elements.
- No running near pool
- Swim at your own risk
- Absolutely NO GLASS in the pool area
- Adults should Drink responsibly when using the pool.

***We reserve the right to inspect and enter the home at any time, especially if GUEST is not communicating, warrant negative attention, unfriendly, signs of threat to home- safety in home, signs of danger, physical bodily harm. If we suspect emergencies in the home, Host or Guest safety. Police will be called for wellness checks and assistance.
