The phone on our room didn't work to call the front desk, so we called the reservations desk to ask for toothpaste (we forgot it)and bar soap (wasn't in the bathroom). They sent toothbrush and toothpaste, but we got it sorted. The toilet paper holder fell off on the middle of the night, clanging loudly, so another call to the reservations desk and a few visits later, it was repaired. Overall, friendly helpful staff and good room. Oh, pay attention to where your room is. The hotel spans an entire block so where you arrive and leave and the location of your room are important to note.

Great place for affordable price! It’s an apartment.. full kitchen, spacious, comfortable bed, fluffy pillows, the best hot shower with strong water pressure. We walked from here to all of the monuments and memorials. The food downstairs was delicious and fresh!! All the staff from the front desk, to the cafe and even the parking assistant were friendly and helpful.

Solid location with great amenities

My friends and I were surprised by this hotel but in a good way. We had never stayed in a place with a dull, dedicated kitchen with an actual fridge and stove but loved it. Definitely helped save some money on food and drinks which meant we could spend more around town. The staff was incredibly friendly and very accommodating when we needed extra towels. The location was solid, not in the heart of the action with lots of people but in an area that was walkable to the attractions and places to eat or grab a drink. Parking was also solid. I'd definitely stay here again or recommend it to my friends when they visit DC. The value is great.

We have stayed at this hotel twice already. The first time in 2023 and the second time in 2025. We really liked the hotel. Large clean rooms with all the necessary amenities, a kitchen in the room, a comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Close to the city center.
