You will make happy discoveries and create the best memories at this amazing 4 bedroom Master Suite Villa located just 32 miles from Zion National Park.
There is also a beautiful outdoor heated community pool and hot tub. The pool also features a lap pool for those wanting to swim laps. Walking trails and parks nearby. These are all within walking distance of the home.

This home is the perfect spot for mountain bikers and outdoor lovers of Southern Utah. Sunshine Serendipity is in the brand-new community called The Casitas at Sienna Hills. Located close to all the Southern Utah attractions. Zion National Park is only 32 miles, Sand Hollow and Quail Lake State Park are only 5 minutes, downtown St. George only 10 minutes away. You can even pedal right from your garage to endless mountain biking trails such as Prospector Church Rocks Loop. The J.E.M, Gooseberry Mesa, More Cowbell, and Little Creek Mountain are also nearby. You will have easy access to bike and hiking trails, shopping, dining and an abundance of other activities to make it the best vacation experience.

You will enjoy cooking and entertaining in this luxury kitchen. Featuring Stainless steel appliances as well as a side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven and separate gas stove top. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee pot, crock pot, blender, pancake grill, toaster, spices and a mixing bowls to enjoy baking. Kitchen area will seat 8 with additional seating at the bar. The living room has two comfortable couches, a chair, and a large flat screen TV. You will also enjoy the large back patio with beautiful views. The patio has a bbq and patio furniture to enjoy the warm desert breeze.

The main level master suite features a king size bed. The room is perfectly decorated and comes with a flat-screen TV. The master bathroom has dual sinks
and a walk-in shower. Also features a large walk-in closet.

The second master bedroom is also located on the main floor which features a Queen. The second master bathroom has a tub shower combo. Also has a grab bar in the shower.

The third master bedroom is on the second floor which features 2 queen size beds. Also has a desk. The third master bathroom has a tub shower combo.

The fourth master bedroom has two sets of twin over full bunk beds. The fourth master bath features a tub shower combo.

This property was perfect for our extended Memorial Day weekend getaway with the family and our pups. It was so clean and comfortable. Tons of amenities and great location. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect for what we needed. House was very clean and exactly as advertised. Our kids loved the air hockey and hidden play space under the stairs. We highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful home!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. We especially liked how close the pool was to the house. There was some issues with the upstairs tv and we were never able to get it working, however we would consider staying here again.

Outstanding time, every possible necessity and luxury provided for, grill, ping pong, swim toys, games, didn’t have enough time in our 4 night stay to enjoy everything. Place was perfect!

I don’t think we’ve stayed at any other VRBO that was so well equipped with literally everything ! This property owner has thought of it all. The ping pong table and air hockey were a bonus as the weather was really bad all weekend and gave us something to do. The location is great too. I would definitely stay here again!!

This place was spacious and had everything. The ping pong table came in quite handy. The bed were comfortable. The AC worked. The pool was awesome. They allowed our dog and he loved it too!! Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay there again.

Sunshine serenity

We loved our stay at sunshine serenity. The property manager kept us up to date with the check in process And we never have any issues. The house is beautiful and so clean. We loved being able to stay home for meals and BBQ. The pool is close and has plenty of chairs to lay out on. We loved having the bikes to ride in the evening and the air hokey table was very used! We loved everything about our stay here and will definitely be coming back again!

This was one of 2 properties we rented for our soccer team. All the gals enjoyed the stay. We were bummed when the hot tub broke, but we got to use it a couple of times before that happened. It would have been nice to use after our last 2 games, but that wasn't to be. :)

Best rental home ever

We've stayed in this community several times visiting St George for kids athletic tournaments. The location is great for I-15 and SR-9 access, and the community pool has been consistently clean and pleasant. This house has a great layout and is well stocked with EVERYTHING (including dish towels which can be hit or miss and drives my wife crazy). We loved playing air hockey and ping pong and sitting on the back porch. This unit backs onto a bluff and has a particularly nice view and open space that is outstanding compared to the units in the interior of the community. This one is top of our list for when we return.
