I know its not Holiday Inn's issues but the kids running up and down the hallway screaming is a bit much! Also the doors into the hallway are super heavy. Our stay was nice thank you so much.

Comfortable beds, clean. Room on 4th floor north side caught a lot of HVAC noise from event center. Very busy weekend, with many guests participating in a sports tournament. Noisy!! Hotel staff was a bit frazzled and their attempts to quiet the parties was unsuccessful.

Housekeeping without announcing themselves tried twice to come in prior to check out time. If we didn’t have the door stop set, they would’ve just walked right in. A complete breach of privacy especially prior to check out time. No knock and they just walk in? If you did that in some places, that would be the last time they tried that.

Unfortunately, our stay was somewhat disappointing. The shower walls still had hair from a previous guest, which made us question the overall cleanliness of the room. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, leading to peeling paint on the ceiling and an uncomfortable level of noise from others using the bathroom. To add to the frustration, we requested the front desk to empty the trash and bring fresh towels before leaving for several hours. When we returned, nothing had been done, and we had to call again to get the issue resolved. The lack of attention to cleanliness and service made our stay less than ideal. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless these issues are addressed.

Happy with my visit!

This location presented a more modern decor, very comfortable pillow top mattresses, larger-sized TV, all necessary ammenities, darkening window shades, well-designed furnishings, and more unique updates (secure-designed door safety stopper instead of a chain, backlit restroom mirror, and secured 8-9 oz bottes of hand soap/body lotion/shampoo/conditioner/and body soap. The minor downsides included wear patterns/gouge on below average carpeting, and thin 1-ply TP.
