No A/C in room. Room was comfortable furnishings wise but very warm due to fireplaces that were on at minimum and could not be turned off.

We feel that your description was not in line with what we had. There was no filtered water, the toilet was blocked all night, (when I mentioned it in the morning, the older lady just said...don't worry we will get it fixed). We called to Ian a couple of times on the desk and there was no reply. I went down around 8.40am, and asked what was being served for breakfast. He said we do not serve breakfast at this Hotel. There was a lot of banging late in the evening, and this disturbed us. There was no way from the restaurant to our bedrooms without going out side in the cold evening. The restaurant evening supper was mostly pasta which was a disappointment and this is not mentioned on Expedia website. In all we are looking for a discount for future travel. We will not stay at this location again.

Lovely place. Traveled in the off season, so much of Waterton was closed. Great restaurant attached, which was open for supper. Staff were fantastic!

We stayed in the "romance" suite, which is located above the resturant, and the bed is located on the same wall as the kitchen fan. Which makes noise alll night. The main access entrance for the upper floor is at the back of kitchen. Greasy pavement, pallets, and kitchen garbage. Not overly romantic. Dissapointed.
