The hotel is beautiful, staff is very accommodating and friendly, bed is very comfortable, room was spotless and inviting, right on a little downtown with restaurants in a block or two and also an upscale restaurant right inside the hotel 10 out of 10 would go again

Great location downtown Waterville, 100' to the Opera House, where we had tickets to the Little River Band, beautiful venue, fantastic concert! Hotel is a "little" pricey, only downside...
