Loved the location of the hotel for shopping. Facilities at the hotel were great. Parking was a bit dodgy - when we went to pick the car up we had to navigate the residents of the staircase and their scary dog!!

Great stay

Great stay, close to overground which was perfect for a concert we were going to at Wembley. Parking was easy. Bedroom basic but that was all we needed for 1 night! Would stay again if ever back for another concert!

What let’s this down.. is not advertising more that you have to park in a carpark, not on site.. the recording on Option 4 when you ring them sounds like they’re saying WD17. 2PF, I listen to loads of times then spoke to receptionist and she told me he was WD17 2PS.. but the staff are amazing Askwin (think how spell his name, in the restaurant looks after you like you’re his best friend he can’t do enough for you. Anything you seem to want is never too much trouble. He is friendly and very polite and so helpful… Matthew in Bar and restaurant is very friendly and helpful and again can’t do enough to help you.. these two see to everyone and needs and the rest of the staff are friendly but these two seem to go the extra mile..

Hotel

1. As I entered my room it was as if it had already been entered by another guest who had refused the room as there was certain thing sour of place and seemed like the toilet had been used previously. Hesitantly and as i needed to use the toilet myself quite desperately I remained. As I was on the toilet a member of staff entered the room and mentioned (whilst I was on the toilet) that she entered because someone had complained about the bed and she entered to try and fix it, this further confirmed that someone had been given the room prior to me. 2. I was given a disabled access room for some reason as to which the toilet/wet room had a distinctive bad smell. 3. The showerhead was unable to be held by the shower holder. 4. Soap dispenser for shower barely worked or allowed any shampoo or body wash out. Overall it was disappointing, Iwould love to stay again due to location but this experience does not bode well with me.
