Check-in was horrific with no info initially provided and then when we messaged they started giving us multiple codes to figure out which one was for the unit. The apartment was dirty with grime around every corner. The AC barely worked and was so loud because it is one of those floor units with a hose up to the window. The tiniest queen bed ever squeaked with any little movement. And there are no CURTAINS! Attached is the view at 10pm with a security light from the alley shining directly into the room. The hosts seem like nice people but come on! This is not acceptable.
