Booked this hotel as it had a rustic look in the photos. In reality it is large multi-story property about equivalent to a Super 8. Don’t be fooled by the photos. They have decorated the lobby and parts of the rooms with rustic wood, but the Formica counters in the bathroom remain. We had a “Deluxe” double. The room was very small and the bathroom very cramped. A train runs nearby but we didn’t have any My Cousin Vinny moment

They were cleaning when I got there, they were cleaning when I left. It stayed clean the whole weekend I was there. The clerk behind the counter was very nice and the breakfast was pretty good too. The room was a good size with all the amenities I needed. I will stay here again next time I'm in the area.

The rooms were ok but I have stayed here for many years and the building is getting very worn looking, needing outside upkeep, and improvements. The wood front door is beat up and not very inviting. The price is the main reason I continue to stay here.

The stay was good, can’t complain. Can tell that the online pictures are dated. I’m guessing new owners since the online pics were taken, and they are trying to go off the previous reputation. Back in the day, this was THE place to stay in the area. Now it’s just like every other baseline hotel. Not saying don’t stay here, just don’t get your hopes up by the pictures.
