We stay here every time we travel from okc to Galveston. It’s our half way stop. The property is nice, the people are kind, and the Texas shaped waffle is perfect every morning. Carol has taken care of us many times, and the property cat, Shadow, is the highlight of my kids’ whole trip.

Had a very late checkin but lady at front desk was very helpful and wanted to help us unload the car. Appreciated her kindness. Facility must have recently been renovated. No old dirty carpet! Very nice, very clean, easy access to rooms.

We were late getting in but check in was smooth. Had time for a quick swim. Glad to have breakfast waiting for us in our way to our next stop. Was really happy to see fresh fruit and yogurt

Love this hotel!!!! This is the second time we've stayed there for a softball tournament! And we'll stay there every time we are in the area. Clean rooms, beyond friendly staff, big nice pool area, decent breakfast, and plenty of dining options within walking distance.

Though it’s an older property with doors on the outside (great for easy access to the car), it’s very well cared for by the family who owns it. Rooms have no carpet which is a huge plus—I wish all hotels did that! Bathrooms are updated also. The landscaping is beautiful, our kids enjoyed the pool and we all had a great breakfast. No complaints and I have bookmarked this Quality Inn and we will return the next time we make this trip!

Trina at the front desk was warm and kind, made me feel welcome from check in to check out. Her and the entire staff were attentive through out my stay. Wonderful ambience, quiet and peaceful even though it was very close to town. Looking forward to returning!

Racers paradise.

Amazing place to stay. We aleays choose this location over any other hotel around ennis area. We come a dozen or so times a year when at the races and they are so accommodating with us knowing we are in and out at odd hours. Never had any negative issues, although if we did im sure it would be successfully rectified!!! Also they offer secured parking for patrins with enclosed or just any tipe of trailers!!

Great service older hotel

Older hotel. Great service. Room was clean with comfortable bed. Room just stayed Damp. Had to keep a/c at 67 to keep comfortable. Convenient location but wouldn’t say safest area, but on par with other Ennis hotels.
