This property was ideal for our family, particularly because it offered a full-size bedroom and bathroom on each of the three floors. We enjoyed the hot-tub, and the spacious deck. The managing company was easy to communicate with. We came away feeling like we picked the perfect place to stay for our vacation. The experience could have been improved by more seating in the main living room, but that wasn’t a show-stopper. We would consider booking again.

This is the second time we have stayed at the property. The layout of the house is perfect for our needs. It is conveniently located to get to area attractions and Waynesville and Maggie Valley. The first time we stayed was great. This time was the property is looking a little tired. The queen bed in the basement is in serious need of replacement as is the one in the main floor bedroom. We brought it to the property managers attention and was initially told it would be taken care of. They had us strip the bed and bed cover and take a picture of the manufacturer tag to determine the date it was made. The tag was blank with no date but they refused to do anything about it claiming the bed was less than a year old. Interesting that we stayed there a year ago exactly and it was the same mattress then and my daughter and son in law had the same complaint then. ( I looked the mattress up on Amazon and it is a 225 mattress) The hot tub was filthy. I called the manager and they did send someone out immediately to look at it. And clean the filter. They claimed that the water had just been changed prior to our stay. I’ve added photos of the hot tub and the mattress. The carpets also need cleaning as well as the kitchen faucet is loose. These were pointed out to the maintenance person when he came out to look at the hot tub. It is a shame that the maintenance of the property has not been kept up. We have really enjoyed the house and again it is perfect for our families needs.

Gourd Gathering

Everything was spotless upon arrival. Beds and showers were comfortable and worked well. We had all we needed. This was a very enjoyable stay. There were many and varied restaurants close by. We were in town for a gourd gathering and our time was pretty much consumed with our crafting ; we did not participate in other activities in the area. Great house!

Great set up and location

Set up was great and allowed space for everyone. The basement was a little cold buy lots of fuzzy blankets provided. We enjoyed the hot tub and got to see a little snow too! Not too far from skiing and lots to do in Maggie Valley and Waynesville. We had four teenagers with us and not one complaint!!!
