We always try and book this unit when we are in Waynesville. It is a beautifully furnished space, bright spacious and cozy at the same time. You will not be disappointed with this property. And the bonus is the beautiful view of the Main Street strip and mountains in the background. Short walk to coffee and many food options

Stay here!

My husband and I stayed 4 nights in this beautiful condo - we were so impressed not only with how clean the unit was, but how well appointed and high end everything was. The only negative (besides the stairs leading up to the unit) was the smell of cooked food that permeated the space - the air purifiers were running 24/7 so that helped. The location was perfect - we were able to walk to lunch or dinner when we didn't feel like driving. We love Waynesville and we loved this condo!

Friends who've travelled for many years. The place was spacious, inviting, and very comfortable. The only negative was the dirty stairwell leading up to the apartment. For safety reasons I would suggest adding a peep hole in the door.

Lovely apt.. Did have a strange cooking smell at different times during our 4 day stay. Bagel place below us. Light in laundry is out. Needed phone light to turn on washing machine. Overall, a great place. Beds were very comfortable.

I sort of want to give this property one star, just so I can continue to rent it. One of the best properties I've ever stayed in. Perfectly located in downtown Waynesville, with easy parking and close to all restaurants. Immaculately clean and very spacious. I can't wait to rent again next year!

Amazing!

I don’t usually write reviews but I just had to this time around. I enjoyed the heck out of my stay here in Waynesville in this cute but luxurious apartment. Everything was just perfect. The house decor alone made the house superb. It has a very spacious living room/dining/kitchen area. And the rooms were a nice comfortable size. TV’s in every room was a big plus.. A lot of rentals only usually have a TV in the living room. I liked that this wasn’t like that. The rental is located in a very nice area and your accessible to everything such as different types of restaurants. Walmart was right up the road, the shops on the same street we were on, were all convenient.. I just loved it and you will too!

The Condo was very nice and well equipped, my only issue was the walk up to the unit it was 25 steps at a pretty steep incline with me being 70 that was quite a task. I would not recommend for people my age.
